Terms of service

AutoNexa is provided by Data Verticals, LLC ("Data Verticals", "we", "us"). These terms govern use of the AutoNexa website and platform. By creating an account or using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that company.

AutoNexa is provided as a subscription service. We improve and update features over time.

You are responsible for your users, their access roles and keeping credentials secure. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

You own the data you put into AutoNexa. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and the necessary consents for data about your renters, including consent to charge saved cards.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, upload unlawful content or use the platform in breach of UAE law or regulator requirements.

Fees are set out in your order form, are payable in AED and exclude VAT. Prices shown on our website are indicative until confirmed in writing.

Integrations with payment gateways, government systems, toll and fine sources and messaging providers depend on those third parties. We are not responsible for their availability or decisions.

Rental terms templates provided in AutoNexa are a starting point only. You are responsible for your own contracts, fees and compliance with RTA and other authority rules.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Either party may end the subscription as set out in the order form. On termination you can export your data for thirty days, after which it will be deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai unless otherwise agreed in writing.
