Every record carries your company's ID, and database row-level security policies ensure users can only ever read and write their own company's data.

All traffic uses TLS. Data and files are encrypted at rest by our managed database and storage provider.

Owner, admin, manager, agent, driver and accountant roles control who can see and change what, down to who may charge a card.

Audit log

Sensitive actions such as contract changes, charges and refunds are recorded with the user and time.

Private document storage

Identity documents, inspection photos and signatures are stored in private buckets and served through short-lived signed links.

No card numbers stored

Cards are tokenised by the payment gateway. AutoNexa keeps only a reference, the brand and the last four digits.

Backups

The database is backed up automatically by our managed infrastructure provider.
