Privacy policy

AutoNexa is a product of Data Verticals, LLC ("Data Verticals", "we", "us"). AutoNexa provides cloud software for car rental and leasing companies in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle personal data on our website and in our platform.

For information you give us directly, such as a demo request or your user account, we decide how the data is used.

For data our customers store in AutoNexa about their own renters, such as names, Emirates ID details, driving licences and contracts, the rental company decides how it is used and we process it on their instructions.

Contact details you submit: name, company, email, phone, fleet size and emirate.

Account and usage data: login email, role, actions taken in the platform and technical logs such as IP address and browser type.

Customer data our clients upload: renter identity documents, contracts, inspection photos, payments references and traffic charges.

To provide and secure the service, respond to demo requests, support our customers, meet legal and tax obligations and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Card details are collected and tokenised by the payment gateway the rental company uses. AutoNexa stores only a token reference, the card brand and the last four digits.

We share data only with service providers that help us run AutoNexa, such as hosting, email and payment providers, under contracts that protect the data, or where the law requires it.

Data is hosted with our cloud infrastructure provider. Where data is transferred outside the UAE we apply appropriate safeguards.

We keep data for as long as the customer account is active and as required by law, including UAE tax record-keeping periods, then delete or anonymise it.

Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. Renters should contact the rental company first, as it controls their data.
